Schema
Cart
An OPEN cart with items — what the platform calls an "abandoned cart" (same definition as the dashboard metric). READ-ONLY: the cart belongs to the buyer, the API neither edits nor closes it. `amount` is Σ (quantity × list price) and exists to PRIORITIZE recovery, not to quote. What the buyer would actually pay is resolved at checkout: per-customer price lists, discounts, surcharges and tax all land then, and a cart freezes nothing. Whose it is: `customer_id` + name / email when the cart has a customer; an anonymous cart carries only the `email` it captured, so the row stays actionable either way.
